PRESENTING YOUR PROPERTY FOR SALE

First impressions are lasting impressions and as such the presentation of your property during the viewings is paramount.

Our experience from general feed back from buyers has allowed us to offer the following tips in presenting your property in the best possible condition.

Externally

1.      People need to be attracted to your property and as such you should have lawns trimmed and gardens neat and tidy at all times.

2.      Remove all washing off clothes line.

3.      Make sure garden equipment is stored away.

4.      Make sure pool is clean and appealing.

5.      Have pets looked after during viewings as they can be intimidating to potential buyers.

 Internally

1.      Please put all valuables in a safe place out of the way.

2.      All rooms are tidy and presentable e.g. Beds made, floors vacuumed, and toys put away.

3.      Put on soft music.

4.      Switch all lights on.

5.      Ensure kitchen is clean.

6.      Have cupboards stacked neatly in case purchaser looks in cupboard.

7.      Check all doors are working properly.
